A culinary studio and dinner club
built around the feeling
of grandma’s kitchen.

Bizcochos De Lita began with the Spanish tradition of la merienda: that moment between lunch and dinner often associated with childhood afternoons, homemade cakes and going to your grandmother’s house after school. The project reinterprets that feeling through food, events and community.

Rather than operating solely as a cake brand, Bizcochos De Lita works as a small creative culinary studio. Alongside baking, I develop monthly dinner concepts and organise experiences ranging from birthdays
to charitable markets, bringing together DJs, independent clothing brands, jewellery makers and other local creatives. Food becomes the starting point for something wider: creating spaces where people can meet, collaborate and feel at home.
